Sale of real property (home/land) by a "trustee or substitute trustee" for a mortgage company at a public auction to collect on a defaulted loan.

There are two (2) types of foreclosure sales, Trustee and Constable's, that by law must be auctioned for sale at a public auction held on the east side of the Tarrant County Courthouse on the first Tuesday of each month.
