Public Storage Sales
Sale of personal property by the storage facility for non-payment of rental fees and or default in their rental agreement.
Property is auctioned at the site of the storage facility. Public notice is published 15 days prior to the auction in the Commercial Recorder. The published notice will run twice within the 15 days one week a part.
