Deeds: A "Warranty Deed" is a legal description of a real estate sale. It is an instrument in writing which conveys an interest in land from the grantor to the grantee; an instrument to effect a transfer or sale of realty. The main function is to pass a title to land.
In each listing the first person listed is the "seller." The second person is the "buyer" except when only a "Deed of Trust" (DT) is filed. The address is that of the buyer. The "Mortgage Company" and the amount of loan is shown when a "Deed of Trust" is filed with a warranty deed.
